The Pastoral Relations Committee meets as needed to foster understanding of both the pastoral and the congregational roles at Norfield Church.
The committee advises the Minister about the hopes and concerns of the congregation, as well as helps the congregation understand the roles, functions and needs of the Minister. While the committee reports to the Church Council upon request, the members of the committee honor a pledge of strict confidentiality.
