Our Confirmation Class is offered yearly for youths 9th grade or above, who would like to get to know themselves and God better so they can make a decision to confirm their baptism vows.

The class typically meets several times during the year, from September to May, and involves interactive and multimedia lessons on God, the Bible, the Church, UCC history, Christian Faith and Personal Development. The class also includes two-day retreats in the fall and spring, service projects, and one off-site outing. We have a lot of fun, and eat dozens of pizzas as we develop bonds, share experiences, and grow together in a great understanding of God’s love.

We invite interested high school freshman to join the 2026 Norfield Congregational Church Confirmation Class led by Senior Minister, Rev. Dr. Bernard R. Wilson. The decision to be confirmed is the culmination of a journey that lasts throughout the year in the form of weekly meetings, an overnight retreat, monthly worship, and other related activities and outings, including both outreach and “inreach” projects.
